It is the most difficult part for the mothers to feed their kids with right food. Mothers want their kids to get all the nutrition and kids are behind all the fancy food that is attractive and tasty. And thus making all mess. As it is the growing age of kids they need to grab all the nutritious food. But they live in their own world and neglect the food. And overall winter season is the season of fest, fun and carnivals where the kids enjoy all the party snacks and thus the entire season they neglect the nutritious food and munch on the junk food.

Kids often neglect their health and usually, they strain their eyes too large extent. If there is some cartoon series on the television then there is no chance to turn off the television. And to make the matter worse they are so much addicted to the gadgets that they actually forget that their eyes are getting strained. Mostly kids end up playing games till midnight which can impact their health. Inadequate sleep is hazardous to their health. Our eyes need good amount of rest to maintain good and proper vision.

Protein rich food:
Protein is the main element for the constituting the human tissues, organizing all the functions properly and repairing the damaged cells is all accredited in the account of protein. Vitamin A maintains the beauty and health of eyes. The absence of vitamin A weakens the ability to see in strong light. They are even more prone to night blindness. People suffering from the deficiency of vitamin A are not able to adapt the environmental changes. The deficiency of vitamin A leads to tearless eyes, dry eyes and conjunctiva of eyes.
The food products that is rich in vitamin A are milk, cabbage, spinach, green peppers, carrots, leeks, red, yellow peppers, oranges, mangoes, tangerines, seaweed, kelp, shepherds purse and cantaloupe. You can club all these fruits to make a mouth-watering fruit salad. Blend all the vegetable that can added to rice, pasta or as a topping on pizza. Prepare soup out of the vegetables like carrots, spinach and peppers. Combine fruit like mangoes with milk to make mango milkshake which is very much yummy and your child will definitely agree with me.
Vitamin C:
Eye lens are the softest organ of the body. Their health is highly important for the eyes. The absence of vitamin C results in lens opacity of cataracts. This is very much dangerous to health. Due to excessive exposure to television, computer games and video games our eyes get strained, and starts feeling weak and tired. Our eyes get watery because of the stress which results in serious ailments. As our eyes loose moisture they suffer from dehydration and thus get attacked by any infections.
The food stuffs that encloses the component of vitamin C are apples, fresh dates, orange, strawberry, blue berry, green pepper, cabbage, water melon, bitter gourd, tomatoes, sprouts , radish, beans, potatoes, cauliflower and blackberries. Green leafy vegetables like celery, coriander and cabbage seedling are rich source of calcium. Blend milk with any other fruit and prepare milk shake even adding chocolate to milk will make a mouth-watering and yummy drink for kids. They will drink it very happily. Let them munch on nuts instead of grabbing any packet of fried chips. Club fruits with yogurt to make a tasty fruit salad.
