This is very well versed statement from ancient times. People from ancient times believe that anger is the root cause of all problems. Getting angry is not bad but it need to be given a proper direction. When any emotion follows a wrong direction it always misleads a person and lands them in mess.

When a person usually gets angry he or she don’t even realize the words they say but after few moments they do regret for their behavior. Every time your anger can’t be valid. And to clarify anger is not a emotion that can be eradicated forever. Emotions never disappear from our brains they always exist but yes you can have control on your anger. Urdhva Padmasana:

Urdhva Padmasana is a variation of Shirshasana, that means Padmasana is done while headstand.

  • While performing Urdhva Padmasana in Shirshasana it must be done after Eka Pada and Parsvaika Pada Shirshasana. Just as you complete these three poses, cross your legs as it is done in Padmasana.
  • Then at very first rest your right foot on top of your left thigh.
  • Secondly, compress your knees nearer to each other and extend your thighs high up straight.
  • Then hold on to the pose for approximately one minute and keep breathing deeply while taking deep exhalation, Stretch your thighs backwards as much as you can.
  • Open out your legs and go up to Shirshasana and then cross your legs the other way.
  • After, this put your left foot on the crest of your right thigh while rest your right foot on top of your left thigh. Stretch your thighs backwards after holding the position for 60 seconds.

But take one caution while you perform this pose is doing change the position of your head and neck while you extending your thighs.

The Urdhva Padmasana in Shirshasana has amazing results on the body which can just not only experience but also noticed:

  • After you practice this asana the blood circulation in the pelvic region improves because this asana gives an extra pull to your dorsal region, ribs and pelvic portion of your body.
ShashankasanaShashankasana or hare pose:

I would like to inform that this process will be very difficult for Beginners in the initial stage but regular practice will make it easy.

This yoga helps a lot for back and blood pressure troubles. Shashankasana is also a great for anti-ageing asana it provides a glow to the skin because of increased circulation in the head region. A cooling pose, it speeds up the meditative mood.
