<h5><strong>Wonderful massage:</strong></h5>
<p>Massages have proved effective from the ancient times and they are very good with kids as they just love when cuddle them and make them feel better when they are not keeping well.</p>

<li style="padding-bottom:15px;">You can warm up some coconut oil in a vessel. Don’t boil it just make it warm.</li>

They are healthier and nutritious. But also choose fruits as some fruits may not be good in cold.</p>
<p>I guess this all home remedies are the simplest way to cure your child from cold and cough. Let them smile and sleep sound. Let them breathe in the fresh air.</p>

Whenever any adult doesn’t keep well we can in fact <strong>force them to pop medicines</strong> so that they feel better but when it comes to kids it is just next to impossible. Kids hate medicines and yes hate is the right word to express their emotions. And on top of that they get agitated on resting for long hours on bed.</p>
<p>It is the biggest dilemma for parents to handle kids during their illness. As, of the most difficult part is to force them with the medicines. I have seen many of the couples out which  one feeds the med and the other holds the hands of the kid…. Oh lord what a huge torture to this small creatures.  And then they cry till their voice is heard even by the seventh heaven. I really get upset when I see all this kids going through this hell.</p>
<p>Especially, it happens when kids have cough and cold. They go so restless and easily get agitated. Even they are not able to concentrate in the class rooms and moreover cough and cold make them impossible to even sleep. And like I said earlier it is impossible to make them swallow the medicines or even syrups.</p>
<p>To solve this dilemma of parents we have found some simple home remedies that will be easily consumed. And they won’t create any fuss about it. But at very first stage we need to understand the causes and symptoms of common cold.</p>

Strains of many virus like rhinovirus, Para influenza virus, corona virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, and influenza virus are the main culprits causing cold. Other than this the virus which cause damage are entero viruses and Coxsackie’s virus. These viruses actually affect the immune system of the body making it impossible to function properly. This makes the child look sicker and over all as their immune system is not healthy they cannot fight against any disease. The strains of this virus are deadly harmful to kids.</p>
<p>The common cold is a crowd of symptoms induced by a numeral of dissimilar viruses.</p>
<p>When you notice that your child is having running nose with yellow or green discharge please check on the other symptoms quickly as this are the initial symptoms of cold. The other symptoms like:</p>

May be they won’t be completely remain away from getting contaminated but yes the impact will definitely the impact will be low. So if we can at least stop things from getting worse.</p>
