Every girl likes to look beautiful. When a girl is in her molding phase they want everything perfect. Then be it their wardrobe, their personality, attitude, style in other words ‘to be perfect’. They expects everyone to compliment them but many times when thing don’t go according to your way, we tend to get depress and lead our path towards stress. And this tendency is usually found in teenage girls.

After a certain age, they mingle a lot with their high school friends and expect a huge limelight and appreciation from their peer group. This things scroll their minds for every second. And what makes the matter worse when they go out of shape. Either they gain lot of weight or they loose lot of weight and in both case the results are similar. They tend to go depress.

Fast way to loose weightMany times I have seen girls who are overweight buy clothes a size less in a hope that one day they will loose weight and will be able to carry that attire. This is the first sign of loosing oneself, and then they start comparing themselves with some who has a good shape either from family or from peer group. This lands them in a state of inferior complex and finally welcoming them into a mess called stress.

I would like to inform all this sweet little girls the more you stress yourself, the more you gain weight.

The body mass index is found to be elevated mainly in women due to stress eating. While we stress ourselves our stomach starts yelling for food. The basic reason behind this is when your stress yourself, your brain spends a lot of energy in thinking process which results in weakness and thus making you fall prey to heavy stuffs.

So if you can follow one basic rule that is stop over thinking. Let things go on their own way. The more you try to alter the more they go out of hands. So, stop worrying for small things.

Our body has constituted itself in such manner that every thing is linked to one another. Every organ walk hand in hand. So you can just neglect any part of the body. What exactly leads to stress in the excess release of hormone called’ Cortisol’. This hormone triggers stress.

Even it largely contributes to weight related issues, particularly around the abdominal region. Surplus of this hormone can be the cause for the slow metabolism and the guilty party behind your weight gain.

The inclination to eat food that is high in fats and calories like cakes, ice creams, candies and junk food is the chief reason for poor metabolism of the body.

And it is a humble request from me that please just don’t pop in some xyz pills do get rid of your weight. No pills can help you in that matter; it will just worsen the matter. What really can help you is a healthy diet and regular exercise.

How to loose weight quicklyA healthy diet is a very simple solution to all the weight related problems; indulge you self with lot of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Grab vegetable salad, fruit salads and hot soups which are high in fiber, minerals, vitamins, iron and low in calories. Fruits contain good amount of fructose which is amazing substitute for glucose in body.

Drink plenty of water to flush out all the toxins from your body. Water is amazing remedy on eradicating out all the unsaturated fats from body. low consumption of water also leads to dehydration. But at the same don’t drink any carbonated drinks to quench your thirst. Fruit juice, vegetable juices are best energizer. They also boost your immune system.

Girls panic more due to the onset of your periods and this is a phase where huge amount of iron is lost every month. Iron deficiency leads to anemia, which weakens your immune system and eventually decrease your body’s resistance to infection. Anemia is also connected with deficiency in energy and concentration ability. Try to include iron-rich foods, such as beans, iron-enriched bread and breakfast cereals, dried fruit and raisins, in your diet.

A doughnut is placed in your fridge and your brain is still thinking, grumbling as you can’t eat it. Just right there stop that doughnut craving as that is going to make you more stressed and feel low. And definitely don’t make it worse by skipping your breakfast it has a definite effect on focusing and school performance levels. What really will lift your mood, gain amazing kind of energy is a nice helping of fruit, high-fiber cereal and milk or yoghurt.

And most importantly please just flush out this tag that starving and dieting will reduce your weight. Starving in fact gains more weight. Ironically, an ultra-low calorie dieting which teenage girls usually follow leads to a gain in weight, rather than reducing weight. After a short span due to quick loss of weight the body mellow down and starts conserving calories,

When body starts loosing weight teenagers feel weakness and tiredness. Then the combination of hunger, cravings and low mood may trigger an occurrence of overdo eating. Frequent effort to lose weight in this way will lower metabolic rate and make it even more difficult to maintain a normal weight.

Instead of making things so complicated it is always better to follow simple formulas in life. Eat good, sleep well and exercise regularly.

Go for a long walk with your parents or peer groups and enjoy the nature which refrain you from mental stress and worries.

If something is worrying you talk to a close person, talking and sharing always reduces pressure on your brain and heart. It makes you feel light. Or whenever you are low indulge yourself in any of your hobby; it may divert your thought process. Reading humor volumes, listening soothing music, dancing, painting are proven theories to relieve stress.

Even gardening helps you in many ways. Firstly it keeps you away from worries. Secondly this hobby requires a good amount of hard work hence burns out your surplus calories in peaceful way. And finally hard work always gives an immense satisfaction and happiness.

And most importantly love your body. a positive attitude can change your lifestyle. Always be proud that you are born as girl. We are delicate and graceful but what makes us outstanding is the inner strength that we possess. Be confident in what you do. Stay calm, positive and keep smiling and nothing, I mean nothing can come in your way. The world is all yours.
