I love winter.
Winter is one of everyone’s favorite seasons. It always brings ample of happiness and great joy. The joy also comes with food. It is related as king of season in Ayurveda. People enjoy a lot of potpourri of foods. As of there is snow everywhere , all the world clad in white but it is great combination when you enjoy it with the colorful fruits and vegetables. But it is more enjoying with fruits as they taste yummy and very very sweet and at add icing it one of the healthiest to consume fruits.
Here I would like to share a list of fruits that are available in winter and you can relish it too a great extent.
Bananas

Bananas are the outstanding source of vitamin B-6. They are also good source of fiber, potassium and vitamin C.

You can definitely say that iit is just for the love for fruits that I have come up with this article but to at the same time I cant deny the nutritional value this fruits contain.
