The cat pose:
Performing cat stretch affects our spine and stomach, which are the two primary organs protecting our liver. To this yoga asana, kneel down on all four limbs. While doing so, the hands must be positioned exactly below the shoulders and the knees must be exactly below the hips. Now, relax your head and neck into the floor. While starting this pose, your back must be absolutely straight; but as your progress you will have to curve the back slowly. As you rich the maximum limit of curving the back, start lowering it.
