But there are people who suffer from this ailment seriously and they take it very lightly. I have seen so many of the couples fighting like cat and dog when either of them forget something, be it very small thing or a big thing. So many problems can curb if you have good memory. Like your boss won’t mess up your life. And the happiest person on this earth will be your spouse.

I know there are many ways that helps to increase your memory. But the best way is consuming proper diet and having good food. Food is the sole thing that will boost your brain’s memory power and will provide amazing energy.

We do keep on wondering how come we face this memory loss trouble. Actually the hectic lifestyle and poor eating habits are the major reason for the problem. As everyone knows that memory is linked with the temporal lobes of the brain. This part of the brain functions to recognize and naming of the matter, object and faces. We usually compare the rather images then identify the differences and store it in the brain. The temporal lobes of brain is connected with the short term memory that transfers the memory to the long term memory storage.

Choline is considered as best food to improve the memory. It also improvises the response time in people. It is regarded too well for aging citizens. Choline has also proved amazing for athletics and especially for the runners.

Sugar cane helps in making your memory sharp. Consume juice of sugar cane which is really yummy and good for your immune system.

Peanut butter:

Breakfast is always the major concern for the people. But then if you have to enhance your memory power then go ahead and have toast with peanut butter. Or just apply it between the slices and grab it with some fresh green veggies.

Sunflower seeds is highly excellent source for vitamin E. They enclose high levels of vitamin E, choline, betaine, and phenolic acids. Vitamin E may look after cardiovascular disease. It plays a great role in memory and cognitive functions. A daily intake of at least thirty percent of sunflower seeds is very much beneficial for memory.

Broccoli:

Broccoli is the best food to increase memory. Broccoli is amazing source of vitamins C, iron and fiber. Thus it helps in boosting the immune system and fight against early memory loss.

Brown rice:

Brown rice is rich in fiber, potassium, iron and proteins. They are good for digestion and also works amazingly on the brain cells. In fact brown rice is anytime better than white rice, as in white rice it eliminates all the nutrients while polishing. And all these nutrients are sustained in brown rice as they are not polished.

Brussels sprouts:

Sprouts contain healthy fats which are highly essentials for your body. They are naturally good source of fiber. You will find plenty of vitamin B and Vitamin C that is regarded as best for brain cells.

Fruits:

Fruits that are best for brain and increase the immune system are grapefruit, apples, cherries, oranges, and grapes. There are huge numbers of vitamin, iron and fiber is found in fruits which are thus very important to increase the memory.

Cereals and grains:

The good brain food in cereals and grain are oatmeal and bran.

Many food stuffs are loaded with required nutrients that boost memory. So grab these food items and be happy with your loved ones. And not to forget the real life hero’ your boss’.
