Healthy alternatives to disliked milk



A mother is the most worried person the earth. She has to struggle between her good health and yummy taste. Mothers want good health and thus they prepare different nutritious dishes, while kids thrive for good taste. They are fussiest eaters as; they won’t eat food unless the food is for their choice.  Most of the times, mothers have to take extra effort to prepare the attractive food. In fact this drama starts right from morning breakfast. I have seen many women running behind their kids for making them drink milk. Many times they have to bribe the kids for drinking milk.

But, certain times kids are allergic to milk. As, our body needs good amount of calcium it is necessary to find out substitutes for milk. Our smaller intestines generate an enzyme known as lactase that breaks down lactose- natural sugar in the milk. As, their body is developing, they produce low amount of lactase. Since, there is low amount of lactase; their body is not able to digest lactose. This leads to indigestion and allergy in kids. But, as our body requires calcium in the body, we need to feed them with milk. Keep a check our kid’s diet and include as many as nutritional food in their diet. Explain them the importance of exercise and ask them to follow regular exercises. Lastly, adequate sleep is the most essential to keep your body energetic and healthy.
