Back being one of the most crucial and vital bone of the body is considered as the life bone of the human body. Back which constitutes of muscles, bones and elastic tissues, have a spine made up of twenty four block bones that lay one upon one.

- White flour
- All products made from sugar, replace it with honey.

- Fried foods.

Some more other way to stay away from backache:
- Perform some safe exercise like walking, swimming and bicycling.
- Shed away from all the fatty substance which will control weight.
- Sleep sound on firm mattress.
- Prefer neck and shoulder exercise.
- Opt for yoga which is peaceful way to eliminate illness. Yoga asanas like bhujangasana, shalabhasana, halasana, uttanpadasana and shavasana.
