Hair fall and improper growth of hair is very common in recent times. It is like experiencing hell while watching the loss of your hair. And many times due to hectic lifestyle it is highly difficult to maintain the health of hair. They need extra care but we don’t realize it until the conditions get worsen.

Yoga asanas for hair lossYoga asanas improves the blood circulation which indirectly helps metabolism system of the body. It boosts the immune system by reducing the exhaustion our body experiences while toiling for the entire day. Our hair suffer a lot due to the increase in pollution and the harmful dust. And hence we have the best solution which controls the loss of hair as well as extreme damage.

There are many yoga asanas which are proved to be beneficial for hair growth. The best one is shirshasana, in this asana you stand upside down on your head which helps the circulation of your body and is amazing on your health but it is the most difficult asana where you require a proper kind of instruction.

The rather asana which includes the breathing exercise also are fruitful to the growth of hair. As proper breathing heals your stress and tensions, which are the prime, reasons for hair fall.

Downward facing dog:
  • At first bend your hands on floor. Locate your knees directly underneath your hips with your hands to some extent forward of your shoulders. Stretch your palms, index fingers parallel and turn your toes below.
  • Breathe out and pick up your knees away from the floor. Then bent your knees slightly while, lifting your heels away from the floor. Elongate your coccyx away from the back of your pelvis and compress it calmly near the pubis. Raise the sitting bones toward the ceiling, and from your inner ankles draw the inner legs up into the groins.
  • Yoga for stress reliefWhile inhalation, move forward your top thighs back and stretch your heels onto then Straighten your knees but don’t lock them. Compact the outer thighs and roll the upper thighs inward slightly with front pelvis in narrow position.
  • Firm the outer arms and force down the basis of the index fingers energetically on the floor. With the help of these two points pick up along your inner arms from the wrists to the tops of the shoulders. Stiff your shoulder blades alongside your back, then expand them and draw them toward the tailbone. Keep the head between the upper arms and see to it that it doesn’t hang.
The rather asanas that are also helpful are:
  • Standing forward bends
  • Camel pose
  • Shoulder stand
  • The Knee to Chest
  • Vajrasana
