Colors Which Reflect Our Dreams

“Mommy, have you seen green jam?” My 4 year daughter had plunged herself in my bed. The question definitely woke me but more to surprise she had got much earlier today. The question bowled over me. I was wondering where she saw GREEN JAM? At first I thought she might have seen in some fairy book but on asking she replied in innocent tone “well, I saw green jam in sleep. Mum it was looking so yummy can you please get me the green jam”.
Her demand actually made me speechless. Heavens from where do I get this green jam. For the moment I changed the topic “hey Paris, who gave you this wonderful bracelet?” She was wearing a thread with colorful beads. Sometimes it is so easy to divert their mind” oh! This mommy you forgot, you only got this last night” she said flashing her memory and blushing for my memory.

Well this topic dint came back but as I started for office. I waved her and the she called back “Mommy, please don’t forget green jam”. God, how come you gift all marvelous things to these kids? For me I had got new job to hunt for green jam but the same time thoughts started to creep in my mind that how come we see all such weird things in our dreams. It was not just Paris who dreams of such weird things there are many times we elder see some great impossibilities creeping in our dreams.

But for the matter I needed to find the secrets behind this as there will be ample of such dreams of Paris which will leave me perplexed. After some search I found few different concepts of dreams and I would like to share that with you all people.

A dream is a wish your heart makes,
when you’re fast asleep….Cinderella.

Many of us keep wondering how the hell this creep in my dream? Yes, there are many times when we dream of the weirdest thing and dreams are capricious. But like Jonas Amay had said that

In dreams and in love there
are no impossibilities….

Dream in colorSo many times we dream of impossible things that pop out which throws us in pool of questions. It is been scientifically proven that dreams are directly related to your brain. Brain is entirely responsible for creation of dreams. Sometimes the things which we see in our dreams are by no means related to us but they do say a lot of things.

It is also been clarified that brain responds to colors and, colors to extent heal your mind and soul. Colors have always fascinated me. They make me life so beautiful and if we utilize them in a proper dimension it’s gonna be very useful.

Color is as much a symbol as is the image in a dream. Color appears to represent the emotional conditions that stimulated a dream or dream image. As with any other symbol, color combines with the imagery to form a more complete “meaning” for the dream image.

The colors in our sleeping brain assign to dream images, complete the dream image and are as meaningful as the dream image itself.

Color in dreams can indeed have cultural or personal significance, but my research supports a notion that for the most part dream color comes from a normal brain function that associates emotion with sensory input. This is a process that is normally outside of our conscious awareness, whereby a center of the brain which is called as the limbic system and hence it assigns an emotion or emotional memory to all sensory input that your brain. herein, supports this notion.

Color appears to have meaningful symbolic associations with waking life as does other dream images. A part of our brain known as the limbic system, which plays a role in alerting us to danger and initiating fight, flight or freeze response.  This system performs its function by assigning emotions to all the sensory input it receives, which would naturally include color.

Colors have usually signified to heal you. Hence even when they are in your dream they exist to heal you, guide you and As an Expression of Your Reaction to the Subject Matter of the dream.

Every color has its own importance so whenever you see any color with any image it is related to many things. Lets see what a color has to say in your dreams:
